Following 20 years of providing crisis intervention services in our community the Board of Directors of Clare Haven Services agreed that Domestic Violence is a significant and complex social problem that requires an integrated and comprehensive range of responses, which move beyond the provision of crisis driven intervention services.
Haven Horizons was established in 2015 to focus on medium and long-term strategies which result in improved outcomes for families who hurt because of domestic violence. Haven Horizons is driven by international best practice and evidence-based prevention models which result in measurable changes in :-

- Culture norms
- Effective systems responses
